Estates Homeowners' Association Presidential Estates is a neighborhood of active homeowners. Our H.O.A. is supported by monthly dues from our 114-home association, one of the largest and most influential of its kind in Sullivan County. The Homeowners' Association works hard to ensure our community is the most beautiful, up-to-date, and safe assocation it can be. The Association meets several times per year and has committtees to handle our many amenities, the entertainment, and essential services such as waste collection and snow removal.
